1. No testing, using, manufacturing, producing or acquiring by any means whatsoever any nuclear weapons; including the receipt, storage, installation, deployment and any form of possession of any nuclear weapons.
2. Overseas countries with territories in the region must also adhere to these rules.
3. Declared nuclear weapons states must refrain from undermining in any way terms of the treaty.
