The community is a Tony Rezko development so despite the nice exterior views, the construction is poor at best. Many units leak water during storms and ice melts. Rezko installed First Properties to manage the community and it's run very poorly with a clear division between the elite residents and the rest. ve worked hard to discourage pet owners. As many of the in-fashion community members now have kids, pets are considered dirty and unsafe for their child community. One unit may be fined for something openly occurring by another unit. This practice is one method by which the elite attempt to motivate unwanted residents to move. There are many units for sale, and despite the young age of the development, the is a history of high turnover. So, if you are considering buying or renting in Riverwalk, beware! If the 'in crowd' doesn't like you, you can expect them to make your existence miserable.
