The firm represents creative entrepreneurs and innovative business organizations including musicians, filmmakers, tech start-ups, fashion designers, online retailers, and software developers.
We litigate in both state and federal court. Our cases typically involve trademark or copyright infringement, online defamation, domain name disputes, and commercial disputes.
Our transactional practice handles software licensing agreements, advertising contracts and influencer agreements, trademark and copyright registrations, terms of use and privacy policies, and a slew of general business, entertainment, and employment contracts.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of intellectual property law, be web/ social media savvy, and possess excellent research and writing skills. Litigation experience also preferred.
