Empowerment Day at Dyett was all about showing up fully and owning who you are. From the moment the girls walked in, the energy was real!

We created room for laughter, movement, and meaningful moments that reminded every girl in the building that her voice, and her presence.

This is what MGE is about creating experiences that pour into girls in a way they can feel long after the day is over 💜

The Girls Health Matters Summit showed OUT bringing together 200 amazing girls ready to tap into their physical, mental, and emotional health. From engaging breakout sessions to real conversations and must-have resources, the energy was high and the impact was real.

This wasn’t just a summit… it was a whole experience. Confidence boosted, knowledge gained, and sisterhood strengthened. 👏🏽

We’re already counting down—see you next year! 💫

At the Girls Health Matters Summit, Kim Kerr led a powerful and heartfelt session guiding our girls through grief, loss, change, and trauma. She created a safe space where vulnerability was met with understanding, and every girl was reminded that her voice, her feelings, and her healing journey matter. 💜

This session was more than a conversation, it was a moment of connection, reflection, and empowerment that will stay with our girls long after the summit.

There’s something powerful about partners who continue to show up for our girls year after year. Thank you to for returning as a Resource Booth partner for the Girls Health Matters Summit and for continuing to invest in the mission of M.E.A.N. Girls Empowerment™.

Your generous donation of yoga mats was more than a gift, it was a reminder to our girls that rest, mindfulness, and emotional wellness matter too. Because of your support, our girls will have tools that encourage them to relax, relate, and release in healthy ways while learning the importance of caring for both their minds and bodies.

Earth Day in action 🌎💚

Our girls stepped into the future during the Powering Up with Solar Energy session, getting hands-on experience and learning how energy can power our world ⚡☀️ With support from ComEd, they explored sustainability in a real, engaging way that sparked curiosity and confidence

And of course, they brought their creativity to the table too, crafting colorful chameleons as a reminder of the beauty and diversity of our planet 🦎✨

This is what it looks like when learning meets purpose. The future is bright, and they’re leading the way 💚🌍

Beats, Balance, and breakthroughs 🎶✨

Our girls stepped into a space where music met mental health, and the result was powerful. The Beats & Balance session with .taty gave them tools to express, release, and reconnect with themselves in a way that felt real and freeing.

This wasn’t just a session… it was a reminder that healing can look like joy, confidence, and owning your voice. 💜

We’re still feeling the energy from this one.
