Sun 5/17 : The Bamboo Acrobat

This week, after walking and sitting meditation, Sam will share the story from the Sedaka Sutta over vegan snacks and tea. In this Sutta, the Buddha teaches that “looking after oneself, one looks after others; and looking after others, one looks after oneself.”

Together, we’ll discuss how supporting our own practice supports the well-being of those around us.

Sun 5/3: The Ever-Changing Me

This Sunday, after meditation, Palm will lead us in exploring Anatta, or “no-self.” We will examine how the self is understood as fluid and continually changing through the five aggregates, and how clinging to these aggregates leads to suffering.

See you there!

Sun 3/15 : Two Kinds of Monks

- This week we are meeting in-person only. After sitting and walking meditation, Alan will share the Dhammapada tale — The Scholar Monk and the Arahat.
