Siddhi is a third year student pursuing a BS in Biomedical Engineering at Rutgers University. She is also pursuing a minor in Sociology. She is passionate about her community and dedicated to designing medical technology to improve patient care. She currently serves as Alumni Relations Chair for the Beta Omicron Chapter. Outside of A.O.E., she is involved with research, External Vice President of BMES, and a Peer Mentor for the Douglass Engineering LLC. She is passionate about encouraging and supporting other women in STEM.

Prenaphan is a sophomore at the University of Utah pursuing a BS in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Nuclear Engineering. Driven by a passion to prove how deeply nuclear engineering can revolutionize modern medicine, she intends to eventually earn a PhD to bring fresh, innovative ideas into the healthcare space. As a woman of color, Prenaphan is deeply motivated to champion diversity in STEM and ensure that cutting-edge medical technologies are accessible to all communities. Beyond her academic and research ambitions, she loves hands-on creativity, which she channels into baking delicate macarons, assembling wooden 3D puzzles, and playing both the piano and self-taught guitar. In her free time, you can find her enjoying a beautiful sunset, playing pickleball, or relaxing with some delicious frozen yogurt.

Kamryn is a senior at Widener University pursuing a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering with a minor in mechanical engineering. As part of Widener's 4+1 master's program, she is continuing her education to deepen her knowledge of biomedical engineering and further prepare herself for a career dedicated to innovation and improving lives. Throughout her time at Widener, she has been passionate about supporting and empowering women in STEM. She is honored to serve as Vice President of the Beta Phi chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon, where she has the opportunity to represent the organization and help foster a supportive community for women pursuing engineering and technical fields. She is proud to be part of a generation of young women helping redefine what STEM looks like by encouraging greater representation, leadership, and inclusion.

Beyond Alpha Omega Epsilon, she is committed to giving back to the engineering community through mentorship and service. As President of the Widener Biomedical Engineering Society, she enjoys creating opportunities for her peers to grow professionally and academically. She also volunteers at engineering camps, where she has the privilege of inspiring future engineers and encouraging young students to pursue careers in STEM. Through these experiences, she hopes to leave a lasting impact by supporting others while continuing to grow as an engineer and leader.

Grace is a fourth-year student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business. She hopes to build a career where she can translate technical expertise into strategic business solutions. Grace has gained industry experience as a Project Management Intern at Aldridge Electric and as an Energy & Utilities Consulting Intern at West Monroe.

Beyond the classroom, Grace is dedicated to building supportive communities that help women and other minorities thrive in engineering. Within Alpha Omega Epsilon, she has served in various roles to lead initiatives that foster professional development, mentorship, and lifelong connections among women in STEM. Through her involvement with other campus organizations, her work as a peer career advisor, and her role as a teaching assistant for international exchange students, she is committed to creating inclusive environments where students feel empowered to succeed in all facets of their lives.

Keira is a second year Materials Science and Engineering student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology whose interests span advanced manufacturing, sustainable materials, and aerospace systems. She is actively involved in research and engineering projects ranging from maintenance and characterization of machines in nanofabrication facilities to recycled polymer composites for space manufacturing and coral reef restoration systems to rocketry, motorsports, and energy consulting. Drawn to engineering through years of hands-on building, she enjoys translating scientific principles into practical technologies that can be manufactured reliably, affordably, and sustainably. Beyond the lab, Keira is committed to expanding opportunities for women in STEM through mentorship, technical outreach, and leadership, including founding her high school’s Society of Women Engineers SWENext club. She hopes to pursue a career developing scalable materials and manufacturing technologies for resource-constrained and extreme environments while helping create more accessible pathways into engineering. Keira is honored to receive the Alpha Omega Epsilon National Foundation Engineering and Technical Science Achievement Scholarship and is grateful for the Foundation’s investment in the next generation of women engineers.

Sweksha is a senior at Cornell University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a proud sister of Alpha Omega Epsilon. Driven by a deep belief that engineering should serve people, she helped create Club Phoenix nearly seven years ago, an organization that teaches younger students science and engineering concepts through hands-on experiments and recycled materials, with a mission to bring diverse students closer to careers in STEM. She has further channeled that commitment as a Robotics and Engineering Curriculum Developer for JerseySTEM. At Cornell, she is an active member of the AguaClara engineering project team, applying her technical skills toward global clean water solutions. Professionally, Sweksha has gained broad engineering experiences across aerospace, energy, and consumer technology, and is currently loving her time as an EPM intern on Apple's Acoustics team in California. More than anything, Sweksha just wants to help and she's been finding ways to do that since day one.

Aayana is a sophomore pursuing a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with Honors in Research at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She conducts undergraduate research in energy systems optimization, developing mathematical models to support renewable energy transitions and circular management of clean energy technologies. Beyond the laboratory, Aayana leads sustainability initiatives through student government. She is the founder of ThermoComfort, a campus project that combines engineering, data analytics, and user feedback to improve indoor environmental comfort. Passionate about climate solutions, she hopes to build a career advancing industrial decarbonization by combining engineering, optimization, and energy policy to create practical, large-scale impact.

Silvana is a senior at the University of Maryland pursuing dual bachelor’s degrees in Technology & Information Design and Immersive Media Design, along with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation. Raised in Bogotá, Colombia, she moved to the United States on her own to pursue higher education and has maintained a 4.0 GPA while balancing research, design, leadership, and community involvement. She is passionate about designing technology that fosters human connection, improves everyday experiences through thoughtful, user-centered design and creativity. Outside the classroom, Silvana serves in leadership roles, conducts undergraduate research, and completed a product design internship where she worked on real digital products built through collaborative environments. After graduation, she hopes to build inclusive technology as a product designer while mentoring future students, especially women and first-generation students pursuing careers in engineering and technical sciences.

Paige is a fourth-year student pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Languages (Spanish), with a minor in Neuroscience, at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a sister of the Sigma chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon. She previously served as the Sigma chapter's Philanthropy Director and is actively involved in leadership and service across campus as the Chapter Chair of H-STAT, President of Buzzin' 4 Babies, a peer advisor for the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering, and a teaching assistant for the School of Neuroscience. Passionate about regenerative medicine and translational research, Paige has conducted undergraduate research in stem cell engineering, bone regeneration, and musculoskeletal disease, earning research awards, presenting her work at regional and national conferences, and publishing both first-author and co-author scientific manuscripts. She is dedicated to mentoring fellow students, promoting opportunities for women in engineering, and increasing access to STEM education through outreach and service. After graduation, Paige plans to pursue an MD/PhD, where she hopes to integrate biomedical engineering research with clinical medicine to develop innovative, regenerative therapies that improve patient outcomes. She is honored to represent the Sigma chapter and remains committed to advancing the Alpha Omega Epsilon mission of scholarship, leadership, friendship, and service.

Piper is from Plano, Texas, and is a senior studying civil engineering at the University of Missouri. She is enrolled in the university's accelerated master's program to earn a degree in structural engineering. With her degree, she plans to specialize in historical restoration and help preserve historic buildings.
