Chicago PD - Asian/Pacific Islander Availability Form*
We're collecting ASIAN / MIXED / HALF ASIAN / PACIFIC ISLANDER submissions for Episode 14006 of Chicago PD.
9/9/26 *** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ***
Episode 14006 for Chicago PD is still in the VERY early stages of prep. There will be a number of director-selected and featured roles that will be posted in the coming days, as well as the casting call for all (general) submissions.
In the meantime, this episode primarily takes place in the Chinatown neighborhood of Chicago. We are looking for Asian, half Asian/mixed, Pacific Islander (etc) background to make up a majority of the folks in this neighborhood. PLEASE HELP SHARE THIS POST WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS, ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA (etc) since we do expect to have some large number days!
It is important to note that we will absolutely see ALL ethnicities, ALL genders, ALL ages within this episode. We are asking for help spreading the word early about needing Asian/PI background since we feature so much of this neighborhood and will need plenty of background actors to work. Prep goes by in the blink of an eye, so we're trying to get an early jump on it.
** The availability form is ONLY set up for Asian/Pacific Islander background at the current time. Once we have more details about featured roles and details about general background, it will be opened to everyone **

We're collecting ASIAN / MIXED / HALF ASIAN / PACIFIC ISLANDER submissions for Episode 14006 of Chicago PD.
FOR CASTING SUBMISSIONS: PLEASE USE THE GOOGLE FORM IF POSSIBLE. We open every email submission and manually transfer your info and availability to a spreadsheet, so we strongly encourage you to use the form instead of emailing your submission. If you receive an error message, please try the following troubleshooting tips:
• Clear your cache / cookies (if you use Safari)
• Try using Chrome
• Try using a laptop instead of a phone
This submission form is currently accepting only Asian/Pacific Islander submissions*, all genders, ages 18 and older WITHIN THE CHICAGOLAND AREA (2 hrs of Chicago). You must have graduated from high school and not be attending classes at the time of submission. If we have any roles available for minors, we'll post for that separately.
*Open submissions for all ethnicities will be posted in a few days
General background roles pay $136.40/8. The pay rate is a flat rate for any time worked up to 8 hours (it is not an hourly rate), with time + 1/2 after 8 hours. If we book you with your vehicle to be parked on set, there will be a $35 bump added to your pay.

You can submit via email, however, it is preferred that you use the Google form. Please only submit 1 way / 1 time. You do not need to use the availability form and send an email. Please choose one or the other.

- MEASUREMENTS
•MALES: Coat/jacket, t-shirt, neck/sleeve length, waist x inseam, shoe
•Example: 44R, t-L, 16.5/33, 32x32, 11
•FEMALES: Pants, t-shirt, bra/cup, waist, shoe
•Example: 8, t-M, 34B, w30'', 7
- VEHICLE OR METHOD OF TRANSPORTATION
•Year, color, make & model
•Example: 2020 Silver Toyota Camry or Uber
- PHOTOS: Please submit a headshot or a full length photo that reflects your current look/hairstyle. DO NOT APPLY FILTERS, DO NOT SEND A PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT.
- TATTOOS: Please provide photos of ALL tattoos that can be seen in a short sleeve t-shirt. This includes face/neck, arms, and hands/fingers. If you do not have tattoos, state NO TATTOOS. **If you submit via the Google form, we will reach out to obtain your tattoo photos at the time of booking.
-AVAILABLE DATES: Please list all available dates between Thursday 9/17 and Monday 9/28. We do not film on weekends (M-F only). Call times are usually early in the morning (unless otherwise noted) and filming days typically last 8-12 hours. Please specify if you DO NOT wish to be booked for a night shoot (meaning wrap could be midnight or later). Do not submit availability for the day if you have any time constraints.
