Back to school extravaganza was a great success!!! Thanks to the LPCC Top teens who participated. They provided great service New Vision of Faith Ministries located at 447 west 120th Street Chicago, Illinois. Big thanks to TLOD LPCC Top Ladies and to West Loop TTA Advisor,and teen Amhad for coming out and providing support with LPCC.

Alzheimer's has hurt so many families. That’s why we have joined the fight. We will be participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday , October 3, 2026 Location:
Lincoln Park Grove 2 | 1735 N Stockton Dr. Chicago, IL 60614 | Route Length: 1. 5 or 3 to raise funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.

The **117th NAACP National Convention**, held at **McCormick Place in Chicago** from **July 18–22, 2026**, concluded with an inspiring week of service, fellowship, and advocacy under the theme **"We, The People."**

New Lady Connieve, Lady Glenda, and Lady Pamela proudly represented the **Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD) Lincoln Park Chicago Chapter** by volunteering throughout the five-day convention. Our volunteer assignments included serving as **Way Finders**, assisting with the preparation of **5,000 NAACP convention bags** and **1,000 Walmart bags**, and providing support during the **Membership Luncheon**.

In addition to serving, we had the pleasure of connecting with fellow Top Ladies from the **Northshore Chapter**, **West Suburban Chapter**, and **Black Diamond Chapter**, strengthening the bonds of sisterhood and fellowship.

The week was truly an unforgettable and rewarding experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to represent our chapter, serve the community, and support the mission of the NAACP.
