The purpose of this organization is to provide and of support to current and future undocumented DePaul University students and their allies, enabling them to succeed. Providing services such as information for undocumented individuals and other groups such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), License information (AB-60), Illinois Dream Act, and AB-540 to broaden their knowledge in or

der to educate them and their community. As well as work with students and provide scholarships for participating members. There will also be an emphasis on creating funding for undocumented high school students to continue their pursuit of higher education. As students in privileged spaces, such as a four-year university, we will give back to our community by giving presentations and outreach to middle school and high schools. Most importantly we will encourage parent involvement to create support in order to strengthen the Latino community in the DePaul community.

TODAY President Fr. Holtschneider approved a $2 increase to the student activity fee that will fund a scholarshipt for what we've been working so hard for -a scholarships for undocumented students at DePaul University!!! We can't be more happy and thankful for all the support DePaul University Student Government Association (SGA) provided to us during this journey. Thank you all you, students, friends, allies that voted YES! for our referedum. Every single one of you made this possible for us. We are looking forward to keep working with SGA's student body during this upcoming school year. Thank you for all your support from the bottom of UVA's heart.

The results are in❗️We would like to express our gratitude to all student organizations, academic departments, offices at DePaul, students, alumni, and everyone who supported the referendum! The referendum had 1,684 votes in favor! The work doesn't stop now, we hope to still be able to count on all of our supporters to help make education attainable for undocumented students. ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
