The Sparta Society of Chicago had the honor and privilege of hosting a farewell and good-luck dinner for the Consul General Emmanuel Koubarakis of Greece and his wife Consul of Greece Georgia Tasiopoulou as they prepare for their new assignment in New Delhi. We are deeply grateful for their friendship, dedication, and unwavering support of the Greek-American community during their time in Chicago.

We wish them continued success, good health, happiness, and God’s abundant blessings as they begin this exciting new chapter. May their journey ahead be filled with many accomplishments and wonderful experiences. They will always have a special place in our hearts, and we look forward to welcoming them back to Chicago in the future. Καλή επιτυχία και καλό ταξίδι! 🇬🇷🇺🇸🙏🏻

The lecture will be delivered by the esteemed Professor of Political Science, Dr. Konstantinos Kourtikakis of the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign at the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago.

ENOSIS is proud to collaborate with our partners—the Consulate General of Greece in Chicago, the National Hellenic Museum, and the Hellenic Hellenic Professional Society of Illinois—to present this engaging lecture, which will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

Followed by hors d oeuvres and refreshments.
