Tap In Leadership Academy launched the Youth Employment Services (YES) in the summer of 2011, previously known as Mission Possible: Y.E.S. This program was designed to serve 10-18 year olds through career readiness training and part-time job placements over the summer. In the fall of 2016, Tap In expanded its services to include Chicago. Chicago provides youth ages 16-24 with educational enhanceme

nt opportunities; full- and part-time job placements; and case management services to include life skills, counseling, and work readiness for both in-school and out-of-school youth. Eligible youth are placed in age-, ability-, and experience-appropriate employment linked to one of 16 nationally recognized Career Clusters.
