Dr. Singleton,
Today we celebrate more than your birth. We celebrate your impact.
The truth is, the world is full of people who want the title of leader, but very few are willing to carry the weight of leadership. Many people want the spotlight, but few are willing to stand in the shadows & make sure everyone else succeeds.
You have done that CONSISTENTLY.
You are the leader who pours into others without keeping score, carries burdens that most people never see, & serves without needing applause, recognition, or validation.
That’s rare.
Your life has been a living example of SERVICE. Not service when it’s convenient or when there’s something to gain. But service that flows from a genuine desire to make others better. In a generation obsessed with being served, you have mastered serving.
In a culture chasing influence, you have chosen impact.
In a world full of people asking, “What’s in it for me?” you continue asking, “How can I help someone else?”
That is the mark of a phenomenal leader.
You have also demonstrated the power of a POSITIVE MINDSET. When challenges arise, you don’t magnify problems, but look for possibilities. When obstacles appear, you search for solutions. Your optimism, faith, & steady outlook have encouraged more people than you will ever know.
One of the things I admire most about you is your capacity for UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. You care for people beyond their strengths & weaknesses. You extend grace when others might walk away. You see value in people even when they struggle to see it in themselves.
Many people will never know the sacrifices you’ve made, the battles you’ve fought, the prayers you’ve prayed, or the weight you’ve carried on behalf of others.
But God knows.
He has seen every late night.
Every difficult decision.
Every act of kindness.
Every moment you chose purpose.
The fruit of your life is not measured by what you’ve accumulated, but by the lives you’ve influenced, encouraged, strengthened, & transformed.
Your CONSISTENCY has been one of your greatest strengths. Long after excitement fades & others move on, you continue showing up, building, encouraging, & leading.
And then there is BROTHERHOOD.
You have never simply led people. You have walked alongside them, celebrated victories, carried burdens, offered support, & stood shoulder to shoulder with those entrusted to your care. You understand that true leadership is not about building followers; it is about building brothers.
You have made rooms better by entering them.
You have made people stronger by believing in them.
You have made journeys easier by walking alongside others.

As you celebrate another year, my prayer is that God will replenish everything you’ve poured out, restore every ounce of strength you’ve invested, & multiply every seed you’ve planted in the lives of others.
May this next chapter bring greater wisdom, greater favor, greater influence, greater joy, & greater fulfillment than anything you’ve experienced before.
Keep leading, serving, loving, encouraging, building & being the phenomenal man God created you to be.
The world needs more leaders like you.
