This is our office dog, Callie. Our wonderful mailman James has worked hard to earn Callie's friendship over this last year. You could say they had a bit of a "ruff" start, but ultimately, James has given her his "stamp" of approval.

Have you heard? An OIP kitchen was chosen as the cover shots (front AND back) for the new 95-page national brochure book, just out from custom cabinet maker Greenfield Cabinetry!


The OIP kitchen is located on Lowell and the home dates back to 1893 when it was built as a farm house. The inviting remodel was installed by Fred M. Alsen of fma Interior Design.


“Old Irving Park has a great mix of home styles,” notes seasoned designer Fred M. Alsen. “I love working on older homes to make spaces feel like they may have always been part of the home – but function for the individual family’s aesthetic and busy lifestyle of today.”


We are happy to report, Fred recently moved his business AND his home to Old Irving Park!
