Join the RIFL Act Coalition in Springfield, Illinois on May 8th for The RIFL Act (HB3320/SB2279) Advocacy Day!

This landmark legislation aligns the financial interests of gun manufacturers with prevention—helping ensure accountability while supporting solutions that support communities. The RIFL Act would make Illinois the first state to implement cost-sharing for the gun manufacturing industry to help address the public costs associated with their products. It also directs critical resources to survivors and community violence intervention programs that are already making a difference across the country.
