Was the white line also applied to wrestling in the early 20th century? The Olympic styles of Freestyle and Greco certainly have European origins, and although Judo is from Japan, it only entered the Games in 1964. Sambo almost joined Freestyle and Greco under FILA in the 1970s, but considering all the other styles from around the world, why is there no international body for traditional wrestling? Mongolian wrestling for example would liven up these IOC run events considerably. This brief examination of the history of boxing might not specifically be about wrestling, but it helps us to see the history of our sport through a different lens. Enjoy.

🚫Nuestra Lucha Canaria continúa prohibida en todos los niveles de alerta, al aire libre o en recintos cerrados, tanto entrenamientos como competiciones.

🚫La única medida que se ha tomado con nuestro deporte es la prohibición continua y sistemática. No se ha dado otra solución que el veto permanente durante más de un año sin estudiar distintas opciones de competición que sí se han implantado en otras Comunidades Autónomas y en otros países.
