I have noticed a lot of views here today. My family has since moved out of Logan Square to Michigan. If there is anyone that would like to pick up where we left off let me know and I will gladly transfer the page. There sure is work to be done!

Look for information on upcoming events in the next week or so. The first event will be in June and will be collecting food for a local food bank.

Reminder to all that this Saturday from 3-5 PM we will be working at Haas Park. Doesn't look like the field house will be ready, but we can do a lot just on the playground and field! Snacks for the kiddies will be provided. I am SUPER excited about this, and can't wait to share our first event with all of you! Thank you all for participating and helping me make this such a huge success!

I am thrilled to announce that in less than 24 hours, we have at least 12 families and 20 children that have said they want to participate in the Club! Yeay! I love Logan Square and the people in it!

SAVE THE DATE! SATURDAY OCTOBER 15TH FROM 3-5! We will be partnering with Haas park and helping them to set up the new building! Those of you in the neighborhood know how important this park is to the community, and how big of a project the new fieldhouse is for them. If there is some delay in the building opening, we will be doing outdoor projects instead. More details to come the first week of October! We hope to see you there!

Working out the deets but it looks like our first event will be early October, and hopefully we will be doing something with Haas Park. I also have my fingers crossed that we will be able to partner with the fine ladies of Windy City Women's Charity Club to make things more fun!
