🌼 PROJECT OYA: Street Vendor Appreciation Month 🌼
From October 7 – November 7, 2025, E is for Everyone (E4E) is proud to launch Project Oya, a community initiative dedicated to uplifting and protecting our local street vendors in Chicago.
We recognize the fear and challenges that many Latino families face because of ICE targeting and harassment. Project Oya stands as a shield — ensuring that our vendors can continue to thrive safely and with dignity.
💪🏽 Our team will help by selling vendor products on behalf of participants, returning unsold items, and making sure profits go directly to the vendors and their families.
🍲 Participating restaurants will feature prepackaged vendor products, and E4E will manage logistics, payouts, and support resources throughout the month.
🤝 This is about community, unity, and empowerment — because no one should be afraid to build a better future for themselves or their family.
