The GWCDC is a Community Development Corporation, based in the North Lawndale neighborhood. We act as a catalyst for business attraction and recruitment by building workforce and creating synergistic opportunities for community development, and redevelopment of vacant and underutilized spaces. GWCDC also acts as a community convener, bringing together organizations and providing a platform for col

laboration. This intentional collaboration allows GWCDC to leverage experience and build the capacities of all organizations involved by providing direct and indirect technical assistance, as well as access to other types of assistance and opportunities, like access to capital and various training and development.

My company is going to expand and modify the delivery of this guide. This particular client has some specific requests so it’s not an “all inclusive guide” For that type of content, you have to meet us in our incubator.
