Funds raised by the Auxiliary support the Angel Harvey Family Health Center of the Infant Welfare Society, a medical clinic located in Logan Square offering comprehensive medical, dental and other healthcare services to under-served families.

This year marks the 14th year that the Auxiliary will sponsor its Fall Coat Drive. The Auxiliary is partnering with the Warming Project, an initiative that supplies warm, quality winter coats to help charitable organizations such as the IWS Auxiliary.
A donation of $25 covers the cost of one new coat to help families in need navigate the Chicagoland area’s frigid winters.  Donations for coats must be received no later than September 22 to ensure delivery of coats in time for the November Coat Drive.

We are so grateful for all of the IWS Family Health Clinic staff. They are always going above and beyond to help the community. The Annual Staff Appreciation Luncheon was held last week. A great time was had by all. Thank you to our Lake Forest Auxiliary members, Sarah Georgi and Barrett Erker, for co-chairing the event for the clinic.

The mission of IWS Family Health is to provide a continuum of integrated, quality, and preventive health care services to children and their families, enabling them to lead healthy and productive lives. The Lake Forest Chapter of Infant Welfare is excited to announce the 2023 Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens has been chosen! It is an elegant home set on 9 acres of beautifully landscaped property, including a 5-acre conservation area. Walter Frazier designed the estate in 1969. Mark your calendars.
