ost of DIY Network’s Yard Crasher’s, was asked to create a safe outdoor space for a toddler with cancer. The bonds were quickly formed when his Outdoor Living Designer, Duane Draughon, of VizX Design Studios came onboard and the dynamic duo was created! A wealth of other generous people from around the country stepped up and selflessly came together for the inaugural project in Florida which led to Sustainable Heroes regularly joining forces with the figure heads in providing a hand up, not a hand out to those less fortunate than themselves. Creating sustainable gardens that incorporate the latest green industry techniques and products while working closely with many organizations and individuals in need, are what keep the team motivated to beautify the planet, one garden at a time.
