Prost! LT Alumni had a blast last night celebrating Oktoberfest at Himmel's on Lawrence Avenue, part of our LTAAi "International Days" series of outings. Special thanks to our gracious hosts, alumnae Carol and Diana Himmel. Music, food, and vibes were all champion caliber. Wir hatten eine Riesengaudi!

Last Friday was a beautiful night for football! Lane football defeated Whitney Young 35 to 7 at the Fritz Pollard game, and LT flag football defeated Whitney 31 to 6 the following Saturday. Go Lane Go!

We are delighted to announce the 2026-27 inductees to the Lane Tech Alumni Hall of Fame:
Louis Carr '74, Dr. Thomas Cwik '75, and Sasha Gerritson '90.

Of the 300 students we helped send to the Art Institute last year, 53% had never visited the museum before! And Lane's Special Olympics team is even more competitive now that they have real uniforms.
Their instructors received LTAA Faculty Innovation Grants last year, giving some students a competitive edge and enabling others to expand their horizons. You can help even more students access the enrichment programs that make Lane so dominant with a donation to the LTAA fund for teacher grants:
