We are excited to offer a few OPEN Company Classes! Come move with us this Sunday, November 2nd! Read below for Kayla’s class description!

We’ll explore the soft body, the listening body, the irreverent body, and the playful body. through guided improvisation and structured play, we’ll practice the art of discernment, strengthening our capacity to contact our own knowing while actively deperforming. ✨
