Title: Determining Essential Elements and Capabilities for a Patient Record in Community Pharmacy
The specific objectives for this project are to: 1) Convene a panel of experts and use a Delphi method to develop a list of functional data elements and capabilities for a patient record in community pharmacy 2) Collect and aggregate best practices for documenting patient care services, and 3) Develop a rubric to assess community pharmacy documentation systems

Title: Multi-Stakeholder Evaluation of Direct Contracting Between a Pharmacy and a Private Employer and Dissemination of Best Practices
Direct contracting between pharmacies and employers offers an attractive alternative that may benefit patients, employers, and pharmacies. Evidence is lacking on the impact of direct pharmacy-employer contracts and there is little publicly available guidance for pharmacies, employers, and health benefit consultants interested in pursuing direct contracts. This initiative will address these gaps and provide a framework for more pharmacies to pursue direct contracting.
