Boxing Out Negativity empowers youth ages 8+ to realize the best within themselves. Many come to us to learn how to fight, but quickly learn that it takes hours of hard work to prepare for just a few minutes in the ring. They will learn many techniques that carry lessons for life outside of the ring. We place emphasis on the mental aspect of boxing as well as the physical aspect, knowing that once

the mental component is in place, our youth will be prepared for all aspects of life. Training our youth is an art, and as an art it has beauties that include perseverance, self-control, respect, self-discipline, integrity, loyalty, leadership, confidence, and teamwork among others. Boxing Out Negativity: It’s more than a program, it’s a way of life.

S/O to our young men!

Our BON fighters traveled to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to compete in the King of the Jungle National Boxing Tournament, and they showed up and performed at a HIGH level!

A huge congratulations to Corlik, who brought home the belt and added another National Champion to the BON roster!

We’re incredibly proud of ALL of our fighters for their hard work, discipline, and dedication. And a HUGE S/O to our coaches for pouring into these young men and helping them reach the next level!
