Today was some day but not any day. Today was a true SEA FOOD DAY. So I wanted all my FB fans to SEE my treat and here's an extra bonus. Free recipe.
1 LG. Crab claw leg (steamed), set aside
Desired amount fresh mussels & clams (simmer low heat in 3 garlic cloves, 1 cup red wine) until shells open ***make sure don't over cook*** Remove from sauce and set aside. Sprinkle with finely grain sea salt
Desired amount fresh Shrimp Pawns and 10 cherry or roasted tomatoes (fresh or jar. (sauteed in wine sauce used for mussels & clams), prepare to plate.
Arrange seafood on platter, peel and slice 1 medium lemon; with shells upright, squeeze fresh lemon juice over all seafood and pour remaining wine juice into each shell.
Now sit down, SEE your SEAFOOD and enjoy! Let's swim together!
