CEDA Energy Services connects income eligible Cook County households to utility bill assistance through LIHEAP.

📅 Applications open October 1, 2026, for priority households, including:
🟡 Older adults 60 and older
🟡 Disabled individuals
🟡 Households with children five and under
🟡 Households that are disconnected or in imminent disconnection status

📅 Beginning November 1, 2026, applications open for all other income eligible households.

Applications are accepted through August 13, 2027, or until funds are exhausted.
