Our outreach team has been hard at work this weekend all across the state, educating people about chronic kidney disease and its two biggest precursors: uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure.

We participated in Congressman Danny K. Davis's Back to School Picnic, the Malcolm X College Community Resource Fair at their new West Campus, the Cairo Junior/Senior High School Back to School and Health Fair in Cairo, IL, and the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, IL, at the Senior Citizens' Day and Veterans' Day health fairs yesterday and today.

Our KidneyMobile team offered free screenings at the State Fair yesterday and again today in the Senior Building.
