As we work to welcome the new DELs we also wanted to celebrate are current ones! (1/2)
Erin (she/her) works at Mass Economics, supporting communities and organizations on inclusive economic growth research and strategy development. She has been involved in several recent projects on entrepreneurship, and as a DEL, she has enjoyed supporting Delta Institute’s BOOST event, which showcases entrepreneurs with sustainability-related ideas. She loves to spend time outdoors with her dog, family, and friends.
Claire's (she/her) love of the outdoors sparked an interest in working in the environmental space from a young age. After studying environmental engineering, Claire worked in water resources planning in California's Central Valley, where she primarily supported groundwater management programs in the region. Claire's interest in the broader infrastructure realm then led her to pursue a role in energy. She currently works at Arcadia, where she supports the company's community solar program. Outside of work, Claire loves time outside - on the Riverwalk or lakefront in Chicago, back home in the mountains of Colorado, or anywhere in between.
