🌈 Happy Pride Month!

Did you know that LGBTQ+ individuals are at a higher risk for depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and substance use disordersβ€”not because of who they are, but because of the stigma, discrimination, and isolation they too often face.

This month, and every month, we can all help create safer and more supportive communities by:

πŸ’™ Accepting and connecting with LGBTQ+ individuals
πŸ’™ Speaking up when we hear harmful language or witness discrimination
πŸ’™ Advocating for inclusive and affirming spaces
πŸ’™ Continuing to learn and challenge our own assumptions

Small acts of support can have a lasting impact.

At No Shame On U, we believe that everyone deserves access to understanding, acceptance, and mental health support.

🌈 Join us in celebrating Pride Month by helping create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

We had the BEST time training hundreds of Skokie Park District camp staff this week! πŸŒŸβ˜€οΈ Together we explored Building Resilience in Ourselves and in Our Camp Community, because the adults who show up for young people matter just as much as the kids themselves.
Shoutout to every counselor and staff member getting ready to make summer 2026 unforgettable. You've got this! πŸ’ͺ

✨ WE DID IT. ✨
48 hours. One community. One mission. And YOU showed up in the most incredible way.
We are beyond words, our 2026 "Build the World Young People Deserve" campaign just wrapped, and together we raised close to $52,000 β€” surpassing our $50K goal! πŸŽ‰πŸ₯Ή
This isn't just a number. Every single dollar represents a young person who will feel seen. A young person who won't have to navigate their mental health journey alone. A community that said: young people matter, and we're going to prove it.
To every donor, ambassador, cheerleader, and sharer, thank you from the very bottom of our hearts. You built something real this week.
The world young people deserve? We're building it. Together.
