It was after the death of her Grandmother in 2008, Jocelyn decided to be an advocate and a voice for individuals and their families coping with the effects of a Lupus diagnosis. If you yourself or a family member has been diagnosed, you know that Lupus has different ways it can attack the immune system or body. The goal of the BJW Lupus Research Foundation is to raise awareness and lupus management until a cure is discovered. As well as raise funds to donate to Medical Centers and Research organizations so that we may become one step closer to "Solving the auto-immune invasion Mystery"
The BJW Lupus Research Foundation has applied to be considered a 501C(3) exempt organization. (Once this process has been approved, this segment of the company overview will be updated to reflect this entitlement has been granted)
Your donations will help toward an important cause and movement, as well as be a tax deductible exemption for you or your company. The BJW Lupus Research Foundation plans to become MBE Certified and is already registered with the Dun & Bradstreet SAM/CCR Funding and Contract system for the United States Government grants agency. The BJW Lupus Research Foundation will not act like this journey will be easy, the Foundation is spiritually prepared for any obstacles, but together we can defeat those obstacles the more we advocate about Lupus awareness and treatments.
