Phenomenon Research, Inc. Balanced investigating

We are a not-for-profit organization with the goal of improving our knowledge base and the methodology of paranormal research and investigation. Toward that end we are developing customized and patented equipment rather than trying to adapt existing devices, conducting larger scale investigations deploying that equipment under set protocols, and collecting environmental and other data from sites for later analysis in our custom software, Copernicus.

Photos by NCPR founder, Wanda Stone. These are not altered. Her cellphone malfunctioned. It's long been our contention that digital cameras may produce anomalies through minor malfunctions (blips) or memory that is being reused causing images to partially mix. I have made inquiries to photographers and imaging scientists, but none have been able to confirm or deny that such things can happen. Consider this another inquiry. Does anyone know for a fact one way or the other, and can you explain the process?
