At Pilots For Kids, it’s often the quieter moments that matter most. The time we take to connect, give back, and make a difference beyond the cockpit.

Pilots For Kids Chicago is gearing up for our upcoming Bake Sale on May 27th and 28th, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make it a success.

We’ll need help with baking, set-up, sales, logistics, and clean-up. every contribution helps support our mission and the children we serve.

Hello everyone,

My name is Alexander I’ve spend the last 4 years working for United airlines as a first officer on the mighty Boeing 737. I love what I do and am thrilled to work with a bunch of dedicated individuals.

It’s an honor to serve a wonderful organization as the vice-chair, we have many exciting events headed your way! We strive to put the children first and give them everything they deserve. Our organization is made up of 100% volunteers and we give all of our raised funds to children in need.

✈️✈️ Exciting News from ORD Pilots for Kids! ✈️✈️

Hello everyone! My name is Ben Koppie, and I'm excited to be stepping into the role of Social Media Manager for the ORD chapter of Pilots for Kids. I'm honored to help share the amazing work our volunteers do to bring smiles, encouragement, and support to children who need it most.

ORD Pilots for Kids is a group of aviation professionals who believe in giving back to the community by visiting hospitalized children, delivering toys, and creating moments of joy during difficult times.
Over the coming months, I'll be sharing stories from our visits, highlighting the incredible volunteers who make this possible, and keeping you updated on upcoming events and ways to get involved.

Thank you to the incredible staff and volunteers at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital for welcoming us today. 💙 It was truly special to spend time with the patients, families, and care teams who do so much every single day.

We are so grateful to everyone who volunteered their time to help make this visit meaningful. Your kindness, generosity, and compassion made a real difference and brought smiles to so many faces. 😊

A heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who joined us at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital on Thursday. Your time, energy, and compassion helped bring smiles, laughter, and holiday cheer to so many children and families.

We are also incredibly grateful to the Lurie Children’s Hospital staff for welcoming us and for everything they do each day to care for these kids and their families.

It was a truly special visit, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for being part of such a meaningful tradition! 💙✈️🎄

A huge thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who came out to Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn yesterday! Your time, energy, and kindness made such a meaningful impact, and the smiles on the kids’ faces said it all.

We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the wonderful staff at Advocate Oak Lawn for welcoming us and helping make this visit possible. We’re grateful for everything you do for these families every day.
