Tenx9 is a monthly community storytelling night where nine people have up to ten minutes each to tell a real story from their lives. This is not a creative fiction seminar. It is an opportunity for people to engage each other’s lives through personal tales of life experiences. Each month will have a different theme. It’s important that the stories are real stories. It’s less a performa

nce, more of a sharing. There is no agenda. It’s just stories. An Irish proverb says, "It is in the shelter of each other that the people live." This is an attempt to embrace the shelter of each other through the telling and hearing of our stories. So, ten minutes each for nine people to tell a true story. Once a month.
