NHAE (https://www.nhae-networkofhispanicadministratorsineducation.com/) is a professional organization of CPS school administrators and educators and they are offering scholarships to current undergraduate juniors and seniors of Hispanic heritage, who have declared an education major at the college they attend. The scholarship is for $1,000 and 5 undergraduate students will be selected for the scholarship. Deadline to apply is on or before Monday, April 25, 2022.

We are a Network of Latino Educators, administrators, teachers and parents who advocate for equity for Latinos education. We serve, facilitate and provide leadership training and a forum to celebrate accomplishments.

The Golden Apple Scholars program prepares aspiring teachers for long-term success by providing college tuition assistance, professional development, and mentoring throughout their undergraduate and teaching careers. Who Is Eligible?
Students attending Illinois schools who are high school seniors, freshmen/sophomores in college and community college students
Illinois resident, U.S. citizens, eligible non-citizens, or Illinois Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) students
Please note: Standardized test scores are optional and not required for acceptance to the program this year.
