Wasted Pages Writers' Workshop Wasted Pages was an independent writing workshop, presented by CHIPRC until its closure in 2018. Write on.

It operated outside of the academic writing framework, which comes with a hefty price tag and aesthetic pretenses. Wasted Pages was an open-format workshop for both new and experienced writers. Participants submitted their work for commentary and critique from the group. The workshop is a community that supports expression, experimentation, and the free exchange of ideas. We aimed to provide a resource for writers interested in publishing their work, or in making their work publishable, and to create lasting friendships among writers in Chicago.

100% of collected fees went to support CHI PRC programming and use of the space.
