The Panmessinian Federation of USA and Canada, together with local Messinian partners, municipalities and organizations in Greece and the Diaspora, proudly organizes the Greek Summer School in Kalamata.

📍 Kalamata, Greece
The curriculum includes Greek language, history, philosophy, culture and civilization, combined with educational excursions to archaeological sites, museums and places of historical significance throughout Messinia.
The purpose of the program is to enhance Hellenic education and reinforce the Greek consciousness of our youth by offering a true immersion experience in contemporary Greek culture in its native environment.
Attendance in all classes and activities is mandatory, as the program is designed to provide a structured and meaningful educational experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
• Be between 18 and 24 years old (born between 2002 and 2008)
• Be of Hellenic (Greek or Cypriot) descent
• Hold a U.S. or Canadian passport
• Be university/college students, graduates or hold an admission letter
• Have some ability to understand and communicate in Greek or wish to further develop this skill
This program continues our mission of preserving and strengthening Hellenism among the youth of the Diaspora.
