🌾 Now Hiring: Offers & Needs Market Steward 🌾

AUA is seeking to build an Offers & Needs Market; a community-centered, peer-to-peer exchange platform. This role will support residents in meeting new SNAP requirements by helping to connect growers to volunteers on the South and West Sides.

We envision this work as building a stronger, more connected network of land stewards through mutual aid, resource sharing, and community care.

🛠 Hands-on workshops on skills like farm finances, infrastructure, community engagement, and marketing

🌿 Support to complete a self-directed farm project

🌎 Access to local agricultural experts and AUA technical assistance (soil testing, water access support, food safety resources, and more)

📅 Program runs April–July 2026
