Advocacy, community organizing, research, effective implementation strategies of job programs, education, benefits available to employers, small businesses and NFP's and all the people who work there. Creation of jobs, gainful employment with a livable wage, subsidized and transitional job programs that help everyone, the seekers of jobs, the employers, small businesses, not for profit orgs, and the tax payer...every 1 dollar spent on job programs creates 7 dollars taxable income annually!
