Three puppies. One starving mother. No help in sight.

She didn’t run.

Weak, starving, and alone in the bush outside Pretoria… she stood her ground to protect her three tiny puppies. 💔

When Tebogo and the Soshanguve Animal Shelter team found her, it was clear she had gone days without food, sacrificing everything just to keep her babies alive.

Today, her puppies are safe. Growing. Alive.

But not every story ends this way.

Every day in Soshanguve, animals are hit by cars, abandoned, left chained without food, or suffer through illness with no help. Some are found too late. Others are still waiting… right now.

Food is GONE! Dogs and cats are starving!

They are still hungry. Still cold. Still waiting. 💔

In Serbia, Vera and Jelena are doing everything they can to keep their rescued animals alive… but right now, it’s not enough.

Food is almost gone. Dogs and cats are eating mixtures of scraps and ground corn just to survive. Fleas and ticks are spreading, leaving especially the cats in pain, covered in wounds, suffering every single day.

And in the freezing winter nights, Vera sleeps on the floor with the dogs… using her own body to keep them warm.

No one should have to choose between freezing and letting animals die.

What you’re seeing in this video is exactly the kind of suffering we stand against every single day. Animals are not objects. They are not content. They feel pain, fear, and distress just like we do.

At Animals First Aid, we do not support or tolerate any form of animal cruelty online or in real life.

Videos like this should never be normalized, shared for amusement, or ignored. They must be reported and condemned. Too often, abuse is filmed and spread online for views, while innocent animals pay the price

One of the most remote animal dog and cat sanctuaries - and clinics - on earth!

In one of the most remote corners of Thailand, animals are fighting to survive every single day.

No vets nearby. No rescue system. No safety net.

Just one sanctuary… standing between life and suffering.

The Sangkhlaburi Animal Sanctuary and Clinic has already sterilised nearly 13,000 animals, treated thousands in desperate condition, and given countless dogs and cats a second chance.

But the calls for help never stop.

And without support… even they can’t keep up.

Dogs abandoned in cemeteries and junkyards!

In Smederevo, volunteers are searching the darkest, most forgotten places to find dogs who have been dumped and left to suffer.

Some are saved, like Coco, a young mother found hiding among graves with her puppies. Today, she is finally safe.

But not all survive.

Tiny Lia didn’t make it after being rescued from a disease-ridden junkyard. Her sister Aska is still fighting for her life.

This is the reality.
And still, the volunteers don’t stop.

Animals First Aid is stepping in to support them, but we cannot do it without you.
