Our 2026 AGM is coming up, and your vote matters! 🗳️

Music Venue Properties is owned by its members, and our AGM is an opportunity to have your say on the decisions that will shape our future. Every vote helps ensure members' voices are heard as we reflect on the past year and look ahead to what's next for MVP.

If you haven't already, take a few minutes to read through the AGM papers and cast your vote online in advance, whether or not you're able to join us on the night.

It's time to have your say! We've just sent out everything you need for our 2026 AGM, including details on how to cast your vote and the papers for this year's meeting.

We'd encourage all members to take a few minutes to read through the information and cast their votes online in advance, whether or not you can join us on the night.

We'll also be sharing what we've been up to, launching our new Impact Report and looking ahead to what's next for MVP.

THE PIPELINE: CELEBRATING COMMUNITY OWNERSHIP

Members, join us in Brighton on Thursday 3rd December at 7:30pm to celebrate our tenth grassroots music venue joining the community ownership movement!

In July, we announced that, thanks to your support, we'd secured The Pipeline in Brighton. Now it's time to celebrate what this means for the venue's future and for grassroots music.

Thomas and The Pipeline team are putting together a special evening celebrating the venue's punk roots, featuring the legendary Charlie Harper of UK Subs with his new outfit, Derik and the Disasters.

Join us to raise a glass, celebrate The Pipeline's future in community ownership and look forward to many more years of live music in Brighton.

Interested in running your own share offer?

Keeping members engaged is one of the biggest challenges societies face, especially if you have a large membership, supporters based across the country, or you’re seeing people drift away over time.

On Wednesday 7 October, MVP’s Chris Sherrington will be contributing to an online training session run by Co-operatives UK, alongside Hannah Sloggett (Nudge Community Builders) and Steffi Joy.

The session will share practical advice and real-world experience from established societies that have been there and cover how to:
