Fall is upon us!
The winter and holiday seasons are just around the corner so the Curie 99 Alumni Association Committee is starting its fundraising efforts for December 2024. During last year's 2023 program we were able to serve close to 50 children from over 80 different families with toy donations and coats for adults.
Funding for the programs has come from generous donations throughout the community and we are asking for your continued support in 2024. Your contributions will help make this Christmas season a joyful occasion for many children residing in Chicago Cook County. If you would like to donate, please reach out to one of our committee members for pickup or drop-off by December 13, 2024. Or if you would like to support financially please send any donations by Zelle or CashApp to 312-774-8546.

Good afternoon, Alumni-
Here’s the event we’ve been waiting for!!!!!Come out on Sunday, August 4th for the annual picnic in Luau style. The cost is $40 per person. This price doesn’t include food and shirts. Since we’re still planning and would like your input, we’ll be sending out prices at a later date. Please Zelle/Cashapp (312) 774-8546, no later than Saturday, July 13th. This is a hard deadline. Feel free to text that number for payment confirmation.

Please pass this information along to any of your fellow classmates that isn’t on social media. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact anyone on the committee or just drop your question in the comment section.

Event #5: Please join us on Sunday, March 24th, at 2:00pm on a walk along the Lake. There’s a parking lot and plenty of street parking at Oakwood entry. We will start the walk at 41st Street Beach, at 2:00pm. We hope to see you all there!
