Grab your kids, a neighbor or friend and join the SCA and Friends of the Parks for the "Clean ‘N Green" event on Saturday, April 26, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Sauganash Park. Bring work gloves, and you'll receive cleaning and greening supplies, plus earn community service hours! Enjoy fun activities like chalk art, frisbee tossing, and kite flying—feel free to bring your own kite or chalk! See you there!

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of the residents who joined or renewed their membership for the 2023-2024 year! To help support the efforts of the SCA in providing community services and special events throughout the year, the annual membership fee for 2024-25 will increase to $50 effective June 1, 2024. As your official City of Chicago neighborhood representative, the main goal of the SCA is to preserve and improve Sauganash as one of the finest communities in Chicago. Your ongoing support is vital to the organization. Residents can pay their dues in person at the May 21st open meeting, on our website at https://sauganash.org/, or by mailing a check to SCA, P.O. Box 46319, Chicago, IL 60646.

All Sauganash residents are invited to join our annual open meeting on Tuesday, May 21 at 7:00 PM at Sauganash Elementary School, 6040 N. Kilpatrick Ave. Government representatives from various levels will share updates on services and programs available for constituents. Speakers from local schools, parks and city services will also be present, and community safety information will be available from the CPD 17th District. The 2024-2025 SCA Board of Directors election will also take place.
