Global United Diaspora unifies descendants of the African Diaspora to implement sustainable development solutions in communities across the world in order to improve the standard of living throughout the black global population. We are a collaboration of multi-national Black professionals focusing on holistic sustainable development throughout countries in Africa, The Caribbean and the Americas in

places containing large populations of people with African descent. Our aim is to improve infrastructure and overall standards of living by focusing on Health and Medicine, Education, Water Resources and Sanitation, Agriculture, Environmental Preservation and Infrastructure and Engineering.

Camp GUD 2026 and Global United Diaspora needs YOU! We’re looking for Camp Counselors, Junior Counselors, and Guest Facilitators to help build strong leaders for a better Chicago this summer.

Counselors can earn up to a $550 stipend, and every role is a chance to pour into our youth while connecting with an incredible community of changemakers across the diaspora.

The camp is held at The DuSable Black History Museum from August 3rd through August 8th 2026.

5 years ago, we created something special for youth of the African diaspora, and we’re just getting started!!!

4 summers of sports, friendship, confidence, networking, leadership, civic engagement, and cultural exploration. 4 years of watching young people grow into the leaders our communities need.
