ZONING UPDATE 1805 N CAMPBELL:

We have received updated plans regarding the development of 1805 N. Campbell. Following community feedback from the original 1st look, an alternative design was requested with a smaller building footprint (no variances needed); more parking (10 spaces); and a shorter building (4 stories). The result is a floor plan proposal for a 21-unit, 4-story redevelopment with 10 parking spaces.

You can review the updated floor plan concepts, the comparative height with adjacent buildings, and the initial concept packet. This information is also via the Alderman's 1st Ward Zoning page.
