We keep fighting!!! May she rest in peace.

It is with a very heavy heart that we share with you the news of the death of our Moms volunteer, Latatia Blackmon Stewart. Latatia was a fierce and persistent advocate for justice for her son Gregory who was shot and killed in East St. Louis on May 29, 2020. She was a force to behold in seeking justice for Gregory and, by default, all with unsolved murders. She was shot and killed in St. Louis yesterday evening doing just that. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers. She will be deeply missed by all.

ANNOUNCEMENT - In 2022 the Women's March organization is shifting away from state chapters and focusing more on local volunteer-led groups in the Circles Program.

Therefore Women's March - Illinois will become inactive, but we encourage our members to continue to follow Women's March for future updates on national events.

The Women2Women Circles are led by individual volunteer leaders who recruit five or more friends and family to engage with other women in their own communities. They work to foster connection and courage locally through actions both on and offline.
