Beautiful day. Beautiful people. Thank you to everyone who was there (in person and in spirit) to help us remember, ride, and celebrate the Chicago theater community.

Shout out to our setup crew, course marshalls, medic, our "minister" Tom, grillmaster Jim, food providers and anyone else who lent a hand. Special thanks to Janice Pytel of Apothecary EO for the chair massages and Tommy Thames of Heritage Bikes and Coffee for bike inspections and tuneups. It takes a village. Gratitude.

See you tomorrow at Foster Beach for the 11th Annual Chicago Theater Bike Ride! Registration and check-in start at 9:30, and a bike mechanic from Heritage Bikes and Coffee will be on hand before and after the ride to do bike inspections and simple tune-ups! Riders are invited for a leisurely spin along the lakeside, but riding isn't required to enjoy the event.
