Zeta Amicae of Chicago sets the standard for excellence—advancing the mission of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through premier service, sisterhood, scholarship, and finer womanhood under Zeta Tau Zeta Metropolitan Chicago Graduate Chapter. This group is comprised of adult women who are currently enrolled in college courses and/or work full-time.

Hello, I’m Stacey Luie, and I am honored to be a candidate for State of Illinois Zeta Amicae Historian.

For more than six years, I have proudly served in leadership roles as President, Historian, Parliamentarian, Membership Chairwoman, Marketing & Publicity Chair, Scrapbook Chair, and currently as the appointed State of Illinois Office of Parliamentarian. These experiences have prepared me to preserve our history with excellence and purpose.

As a Diamond & Pearl Award and Scholarship Award recipient, and Grow with Google Awardee, I bring leadership, creativity, and technology together to tell our story. My digital campaigns have reached 6,000+ viewers nationwide, increasing engagement and expanding the positive visibility of our organization.

These experiences have strengthened my commitment to servant leadership, member engagement, and community impact.

Beyond Zeta Amicae, my passion for leadership and service has been demonstrated as a Girl Scout Leader for more than 10 years, Adult Girl Scout, PTO President and Vice President, Varsity Cheer Coach, Community Competitive Dance and Cheer Coach, Parent and Community Liaison, Homeless Prevention Advocate, and Veteran Advocate.

At Zeta Amicae of Chicago Auxiliary, we believe in being a friend and being of service. As temperatures continue to rise, we encourage everyone to take precautions and look out for one another.

💧 Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty.

🌞 Limit Outdoor Activity – Avoid prolonged sun exposure and strenuous activities during the hottest part of the day.

💙 Check on Your Circle – Call, text, or visit elderly relatives, neighbors, and vulnerable friends to ensure they are safe and have access to air conditioning.

If you or someone you know needs a safe, air-conditioned place to cool down, the City of Chicago has resources available:

• Find the nearest City cooling center
• Request a wellness check for a neighbor
• Access emergency shelter assistance
