THIS IS OUR LAST CHANCE! Act Now! This morning our executive director Natalie Johnson traveled downstate to Indianapolis along with 20 other organizations to urge Governor Eric Holcomb to VETO Senate Enrolled Act 389 that would remove protections for 500,000 acres of wetlands. Check out her video https://youtu.be/mD2qGYioayU from the state house this morning. We need our wetlands to filter our drinking water, to help store water to prevent flooding, and provide critical plant and animal habitat. Contact Governor Holcomb today at 317-232-4567 or [email protected] to urge him to Veto SEA 389.

Check out this wonderful lecture series, The Social Impacts of Environmental Injustice, organized by Loyola's ELS, BLSA, LLSA, and APALSA!

This lecture is titled Black Lives Matter: Redlining to Redevelopment. The lecture will take place Friday, September 18th at 2pm CST with an optional post-lecture Hallway chat from 3-4pm CST (open to all registrants).
