We are getting back to work. We have opened up a private group with the same name as this page as well as a Telegram App channel, also of the same name. These were created with the idea that like minded people can chat and decompress when needed. It’s a very small measure, but sometimes all someone needs is to know is that they are not alone or someone to vent to. If providing that helps one person, it’s a success.

This is just one of the many resources available out there. Please know that you are not alone, even when it seems like you are; su***de is never the answer.

We’re rebuilding!

This is one of the hardest messages I’ve ever had to write, but I have to announce we are taking a step back from our work here at the ABMF. Our mission is not complete, and we’re just taking a moment to refocus. The honest truth is this mission takes a ton of labor and finances that we just don’t have, so we will figure out the best way to manage our resources and get back to doing what we do. For the time being be sure if you need something to reach out to one of the programs pictured. They are all FOP vetted programs and available. Also, remember this is everyone’s job; be kind to people, love one another, and most importantly if you see something, say something! We’ll see you soon!!

If you’re hurting, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Nothing worse than losing a friend because they didn’t think they had anyone to talk to. So even in my own struggles, my phone is always on, my door is always open, and a drink can easily be poured. Doing a real friend check. Support each other. I need eight people posting the message not sharing it, to show you’re always there when someone needs to talk. I have an idea of who will say done.
WHO ARE MY 8

Happy Heavenly birthday to our friend Andy… we miss you brother!
