It's been 4 years since our first patient appointment, and more than 4 years since the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine. TeleHelp Ukraine has since gained over 100 volunteers,
(50+ clinicians, 50+ non-clinical volunteers), 4,350 medical and mental health services, and a 97.5% recommendation rate, showing our patients really do find our services helpful!

We have an exceptional return on every dollar donated to us, comparable to a $1.3 million U.S. healthcare cost of services provided FOR FREE to Ukrainians in need. We also operate on a concise budget, with $4,500 for our current yearly operating costs; or $355 per month. Our volunteers are not paid, all money goes towards helping Ukrainians get the care they need.

Psychoeducational Skills Group Session Announcement

Telehelp Ukraine is starting to host psychoeducational skills group sessions for our patients. We invite you to join our next session on January 24th at 19:00 Kyiv time, where one of our mental health providers will share skills that are helpful in managing stressful thoughts and situations, whether arising from the ongoing war or everyday life. Psychoeducational skills groups are types of sessions where people learn about mental health and develop coping skills, and Telehelp Ukraine is excited to offer this opportunity to Ukrainians to make psychological education more accessible.
